  • Client Data: Name and email provided by the accountant for reminder purposes.
  • Uploaded Documents: Sensitive documents uploaded by clients are stored in private, encrypted buckets.

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain our Service;
  • Send automated reminders to clients via Resend;
  • Notify accountants of document uploads;
  • Manage secure access to client files.

3. Information Storage & Security

We retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we'll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

Our data is stored using Supabase (PostgreSQL and Storage) with strict Row Level Security (RLS) and industry-standard encryption.

4. Third-Party Services

We work with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website and conducting our business:

  • Supabase: For cloud database and secure file storage.
  • Resend: For transactional email delivery.
